Bootlegger Hiring for Quality Control Administrator – Temporary at Winnipeg, MB Full Time
QUALITY CONTROL ADMINISTRATOR
Temporary Opportunity – Approx. One Year At Bootlegger, our Quality Control Administrator is responsible for ensuring the consistency of fit and construction of our products throughout the product development process. As a QC Administrator you’ll be responsible for completing final inspections of products to ensure Bootlegger’s standards are met prior to distribution of the products to our stores and customers. As Bootlegger’s Quality Control Administrator you will be responsible for;
Completing product audits against approved product samples and specifications; ensuring the colours, quality and measurements of products made by our manufacturers meet our agreed upon standards
Inspect and measure product samples with a high degree of scrutiny
Review and advise on fabric test reports and garment test reports
Documenting results of product audits for reference
Conducting wash and wear tests on items as necessary
Identifies concerns and collaborates with the merchandising team on solutions
Bootlegger is looking for an individual who has; · Knowledge of garment fitting, fabrics, styling, manufacturing techniques, and garment construction· Previous retail experience in men’s and women’s fashions is preferred · Skilled in the use of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft suite programs· Strong analytical skills, mathematical aptitude, and a high attention to detail · A strong communicator, both verbally and in written communication· Organized and detail orientated, especially when working under tight deadlines· Collaborative and able to work as part of a team · Embodies Bootlegger’s core values; Trust, Teamwork, Passion, Entrepreneurship and Growth Excited to Join Our Team?
