Booster Fuels Hiring for Learning and Development Coordinator (6-month Contract) Job at Remote Full Time

The Role

Support the Learning & Development team’s processes, systems and operations to enhance the experience from onboarding to exit surveys for Boosters. This person is passionate about finding operation efficiency and excellence in the coordination of L&D and People programs. The Learning & Development Coordinator will partner with the L&D team and other business stakeholders to develop, deliver, implement and execute programs.

What You’ll Do

• Provides administrative support for Learning Management System (LMS) including enrollments, user groups, role management, troubleshooting, and reporting
• Defines and documents standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Provides ongoing knowledge management support by modifying and maintaining relevant process workflows, resources, and job aids in support of L&D programs, technologies, and processes
• Responsible for monitoring and reporting on participation in Learning programs and partnering with People Analytics to compile reports
• Schedule and manage the calendar invites for all Learning programs including onboarding, skill development, and workshops
• Provide customer service support by managing the Learning inbox and fielding questions related to L&D programs and services

What You’ll Already Know

• Ability to manage multiple on-going projects
• At least 3+ years of experience of related HR, Talent Management, or Learning experience with an Associate’s degree or equivalent
• Prior experience with Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs, Forms, etc.)
• Prior experience with workplace productivity including Slack and Zoom
• Detailed orientated and strong organizational skills
• Ability to learn quickly and independently
