Talent Researcher – BOOSTA Embedded Talent Consultancy – London

Salary: £26,000 plus bonus

BOOSTA is hiring for entry level Talent Researchers to join our rapidly expanding team. You’ll be joining our brand new training academy of one of the fastest growing talent consultancies, quadrupling in size since the start of last year.

Talent Researcher Role:

• We want you to own and be responsible for the end to end recruitment process onsite at our partners
• Working in tandem with their internal hiring teams to source and deliver the best tech candidates in the market
• Developing an in-depth understanding of our client’s job openings and building effective search strategies for each role
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including interviewing candidates across a variety of open roles to help find and hire quality talent
• Engaging passive candidates through innovative sourcing methods
• Ensuring efficient recruitment processes and provide quality candidate experience

No recruitment or talent acquisition experience is needed. We are looking for individuals who are good at building rapport and can engage with stakeholders and candidates. Someone who has a good work ethic, self-motivated and has a passion for DE&I.

You will embark on our extensive 6 month training programme with our L&D Manager learning boolean and x-ray searching, candidate attraction and social recruiting, outreach techniques, interviewing candidates and candidate engagement, how to manage an interview and offer process and how to manage stakeholders and hiring managers.
