BOOSTA is hiring for a Talent Operations Lead with experience hiring across back-office, corporate functions, sales, marketing, customer-success and/or commercial roles to join our rapidly expanding team. Talent Operations Lead Role:

• Solutioning sales opportunities with potential clients

• Playing a pivotal role in hiring and managing high-performing talent teams

• Responsibility for managing the end to end recruitment process onsite at our partners

• Building relationships with senior stakeholders to create hiring strategies, advise around DE&I initiatives, shape Employer Value Propositions and implement ATS systems.

• Partnering with clients to deeply understand their hiring requirements and challenges to find solutions

• Delivering reporting and feedback to clients based on data and market information

• Obsessive about service excellence and satisfying your clients

Preferred Experience:

• Experience of working within an in-house recruitment function or a Managed Service Provider/Recruitment Process Outsourcer (MSP/RPO)

• Managed senior stakeholders and managed the whole recruitment process

• Understanding the importance of providing your clients with reporting and feedback
