Talent Data Analyst

Office Location: London / Fully Remote Options

Salary: £45,000 (dependent on experience)

BOOSTA is hiring for a Talent Data Analyst who will come on board to support the talent team on regional and global projects that are being implemented or monitored. Talent Data Analyst Role:

• Providing reporting and analytics for the Senior Leadership through the use of data from the key recruitment systems landscape, maintaining high standards of accuracy and presentation
• Refine and tweak our approach to the recruitment process, tracking recruiting metrics to identify the best strategies and areas of improvement.
• Forecasting future talent needs and ensuring recruiting teams are able to meet those goals.
• Maintain a clear understanding of GDPR and compliance issues.
• Assist with automation of regular reports for the business using BI, Excel or other tools
• Prepare communication updates to stakeholders/clients and colleagues for various initiatives and analysis.
• Build access to real time data to drive decisions and monitor the health of our global resourcing across our clients .
• Support on wider Diversity and Inclusion activities.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience of working within a Talent, HR or People Analytics function
• Experience operating across multiple recruitment systems
• High commercial and analytical acumen and the ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders
• Partner with the business and our clients to identify future trends, improving turnaround time and the hiring efficiency
• Great attention to detail
