BOOSTA is hiring for Senior Talent Acquisition Partners with specialist experience in technologies such as product, software engineering, data, cloud or cyber to join our rapidly expanding team. Senior Talent Acquisition Partner Role:
Owning and being fully responsible for the end to end recruitment process onsite at our partners
Engaging with senior stakeholders to create hiring strategies and talent pipelining
Working in tandem with clients’ internal hiring teams to help boost their performance or be the individual responsible for setting up and delivering their recruitment process from scratch
Partnering with internal talent teams to deeply understand their hiring requirements/challenges, organisational structures and individual team dynamics
Sourcing via a range of channels including Linkedin, Stack Overflow, GitHub etc
Engaging passive candidates through traditional or innovative sourcing methods as well as utilising your own networks
Delivering reports and feedback to clients based on data
Analysing this data with your client to advise on and improve their processes in their talent lifecycle
Managing the offer process including extending offers and ensuring contracts are generated
Preferred Experience:
Experience of working within an in-house recruitment function or a Managed Service Provider/Recruitment Process Outsourcer (MSP/RPO)
Managed senior stakeholders and managed the whole recruitment process
Ability to deliver high quality candidates at speed for a client
Technology recruitment experience and can demonstrate a genuine understanding and interest in a particular tech specialism
Understanding the importance of providing your clients with reporting and using the available technology and tools to capture metrics
