Alongside forecasting hiring needs, undertaking interviews and conferring job offers, we advise business leaders on the talent strategy and deliver all TA metrics.

We are looking for a highly experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our Talent Acquisition Team to identify, screen and hire qualified candidates for our EMEA teams with a primary focus on the EMEA region. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing passive candidates and cultivating a pipeline of best-in-class talent for Boomi through innovative outreach methods. You will work to reduce the time it takes to fill each position, continually strive to improve the satisfaction of your hiring managers whilst delivering a best in class candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Work at pace to deliver exceptional talent to the organisation, taking full ownership of the pan EMEA business units you will partner with mostly in Sales, Pre-Sales, Engineering, Professional Services and Marketing functions.
• You need to care – care about how instrumental your role is in shaping the future of Boomi, maintaining its position of No.1 in the IPaaS market.
• You need to care about the candidates we interact with, and to ensure that if they do not choose us today, they go away feeling like Boomi is definitely a place they could envisage themselves working at in the future.
• Own the recruiting cycle from end to end, spanning all areas and disciplines
• Coach, mentor and train team members to find the best employees for our company
• Drive technology, process and teamwork efforts to enhance the recruitment process
• Proactively recruit passive talent to join the Boomi business
• Work with hiring managers to provide guidance, expertise, collaboration and teamwork to hire the best talent for our team
• Utilize the world’s best recruiting tools to get the job done better, faster and more efficiently than ever before
• Deliver against set metrics to provide consistent results and data-backed progress
• Elevate the candidate experience by providing exceptional attention to detail
• Partnering with stakeholders on client meeting and candidate events

Qualifications

• Extensive In-house Talent Acquisition experience in EMEA
• Significant experience in recruiting within SaaS / Software / Technology space including Sales & Engineering
• Strong track record of effective direct sourcing
• Native / Fluent in additional European languages a huge plus
• Excellent communication, time management and negotiation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Greenhouse and Workday are beneficial but not essential
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools
• Experience effectively hiring and motivating talent
• Expert knowledge of G-Suite, Google applications
• Strong understanding of talent and competency models, recruiting fundamentals, designing interview process, competitive market awareness and online/social media, employer branding and job post copy writing
• Knowledge of the web/Internet market space, including trade journals, academic institutions, alumni associations and other sources of great candidates
• Experience in managing DE&I projects
• Ability to work with internal clients to develop and iterate best-in-class profiles to reflect the talent needs of the business
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
