All our venues have an eclectic mix of games, including Axe Throwing, Crazier Golf, Electric Darts, Shuffleboard, Skee Ball, Pool, Street Food and a stacked bar.

We are looking for a management accountant to help head up our finance department, migrating our current setup internally and building a team that will manage the accounts for our three trading venues. You will have significant influence in carving out the systems that we as a company take forward, for this we need someone with the ability to think bigger picture that can grow with the company and vice versa.

Main Responsibilities

· Preparation of weekly management accounts and distribution across wider management team

· Management of KPI Tracker and various reports

· Bank Reconciliations

· Invoice Chasing

· Monthly VAT Returns

· End of year Tax Returns

· Implement accounting systems throughout the business to maximise efficiencies

• Support Senior management through data analysis in identifying trends/patterns in data where change will deliver business benefits
• Point of contact for staff regarding payroll queries
• Admin and other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Skills Required

• We are looking for a fully qualified ACA or ACCA accountant
• Excellent Excel skills. Knowledge of Xero, Sage, and other accounting software desirable;
• Experience with payroll desirable

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
