As our Talent Development Co-Ordinator you will work as part of our People team, reporting into the Head of Talent Development. You will work across the Group to coordinate and engage the business on the L&D strategy and be a passionate advocate for personal development. You will keep the business up to date with progress on development initiatives, programs and essential training. You will curate an industry leading collection of digital resources for our teams and be at the cutting edge of learning trends.

• Working with Talent Development Partner to deliver & digitalise the learner’s lifecycle from induction to farewell
• Curate and design high quality learning materials for use across the Group balanced with developing stand-alone content to fit with each unique brand and training needs
• Create learning blogs, eBooks and podcasts that inspire our teams to focus on their personal development and career progression with the latest thinking and learner trends reflected
• Supports on delivering the group Early Talent career strategy by planning and directing the development and learning experience of apprenticeships, interns and graduate cohorts from pre-boarding to farewell. Partnering with the business and collaborating with the recruitment team for new talent pipelines.
• Co-ordinate the apprenticeship offer, manage new & existing apprenticeships, admin on the DAS and report on levy spend / potential development opportunities.
• Build relationships with external training providers and work with them on development programmes suitable for boohoo
• Constantly review and seek feedback from teams and business stakeholders to evolve and improve the Group L&D offer
• Facilitates webinars and face to face training according to demand
• Maintain all program waiting lists, invites, reminders and cohort administration
• Maintaining all digital training and talent records through effective processes
• Support the focus on compliance training & report on completion of mandatory training
• Support the HR/ Health and safety team to maintain accurate compliance training records across the group
• Produce monthly L&D updates to the business on training focuses, innovations and metrics
• Manage the L&D inbox and respond to emails in an engaging and consistent manner with our teams
• Support the maintenance of our learning platforms and social channels
• Support our external brand voice by creating and posting relevant content on our social channels
• Keep personally updated with new innovations and thinking in the L&D space.
