We are looking for a new family member to join and help lead our team in Wellingborough as HR Business Partner, join our e-commerce organisation at a critical time where our business growth is unparalleled. You will be a member of an experienced HR Team and will report to the HR Manager.
They will provide fully generalist HR support to our colleagues at Wellingborough at all levels across the business and will be an active participant in delivering the HR strategy through specific HR projects focused on building our employer reputation internally and externally.

What you’ll be doing:
The HR Business Partner role supports the leadership team in strategic and operational management of HR in order to achieve/exceed company success and growth.
Support high level ER casework
Implement the specific people strategies to include; engagement and talent & development and recruitment activities
Ensure effective support across all parts of HR (talent acquisition, reward, engagement) are met and that key performance indicators are put in place and achieved
Drive and embed cultural change journey and engagement programmes
Review and analyse people data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention and recruitment strategy, employee engagement and external employer branding
Developing and delivering a strategy that builds both our internal and external employer reputation
Using employee survey results, working group/forum data and exit interview feedback to build an effective reputation as an employer of choice
Attending external recruitment and networking events to build our external employer brand

CIPD Level 5 is desirable
ER experience is essential
Ability to challenge and influence key stakeholders with a professional, yet assertive and confident approach
Intermediate knowledge of Employment Law
Ability to multitask, work to deadlines, prioritise under pressure and use own initiative
Excellent team player with the ability to build effective team relationships and promote an environment of trust and flexibility
Strong social media understanding and proven use to promote the business and communicate effectively with all
Proactively engage and manage diversity & inclusion initiatives
