HR Generalist:
Support high level ER casework
Partner with the senior people partner and ER manager to implement the specific people strategies to include; engagement and talent & development and recruitment activities
Ensure effective support across all parts of HR (talent acquisition, recruitment strategy, reward, engagement) are met and that key performance indicators are put in place and achieved
Drive and embed cultural change journey and engagement programmes
Review and analyse people data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention and recruitment strategy, employee engagement and external employer branding
Design effective recruitment and retention strategies
Effectively manage agency SLAS’s and ensure compliance across third party agency.
Employer Reputation:
Developing and delivering a strategy that builds both our internal and external employer reputation
Using employee survey results, working group/forum data and exit interview feedback to build an effective reputation as an employer of choice
Attending external recruitment and networking events to build our external employer brand
What we are looking for:
ER experience is essential
Ability to challenge and influence key stakeholders with a professional, yet assertive and confident approach
Ability to multitask, work to deadlines, prioritise under pressure and use own initiative
Excellent team player with the ability to build effective team relationships and promote an environment of trust and flexibility
CIPD qualified is desirable
Strong social media understanding and proven use to promote the business and communicate effectively with all
Must be comfortable with high levels of recruitment preferably for a customer care centre or call centre
Proactively engage and manage diversity & inclusion initiatives particularly in recruitment activities
