Boogiesearch is a rewards and aggregation platform for music events and nightlife who has just completed its first funding round. Our mission is to ensure our users have the greatest experience possible at events they love. We partner with event promoters to provide event goers rewards for attending the events they love. These deals and rewards maximise their live music or clubbing experience. Even better, BoogieSearch empowers our event goers to find the best tickets possible across the fragmented events space with our search and aggregation product.

Job description*

As a junior software engineer you will be helping to develop our most exciting product to date our nightlife rewards mobile application. From concept all the way to deliverable. This product aims to revolutionise the way you attend nightlife events. Your day-to-day work will include:

• Software development of the mobile application
• Product testing with real users
• Working with the design team to implement the mobile application
• Following lean and agile processes to ensure the quickest development possible
• Report directly to the founders of Boogiesearch

To be successful in this role you must be proficient in the following skills:

The essentials:

• 1+ years Vue.js experience
• Understanding of agile and lean development
• Understanding of REST principles

Good to have:

• Understanding of MongoDB
• Node.js
• React Native

Our office and remote working

The package:

£25,000 – £40,000 dependant on experience and skills
