Recruitment Administrator – Belfast City Centre

Bond Healthcare is a well-established recruitment business based in in Belfast City Centre. As a continually growing business we seeking an experienced Recruitment Administrator to join our candidate on-boarding Team.

You will be the first point of contact for our Healthcare Professionals wanting to join our agency. You will assist them through the registration process, conduct Zoom interviews and review all documentation to ensure the candidate is compliant to work.

Job Duties

• Provide outstanding service in every interaction
• Manage and develop candidate relationships
• Participate in the on-call rota which will include evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays

Job criteria

• Previous experience within a HR Admin role
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
• Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
• Excellent attention to detail
• Team player and can-do attitude

In return we offer a salary in the region of £23,000 – £25,000 in addition to a generous benefits package.
