What you’ll be doing

Our Global Talent Partners are responsible for the account management and delivery of our Solutions. This role will be a mixture of onsite with the client and based remotely working with some of the most innovative and disruptive brands in the UK.

Responsibilities Include:

• Support in the implementation of the talent solution helping to design and setup processes with the client.

• Autonomously running hiring committees and guiding stakeholders

• Delivering weekly data and progress reports

• Involvement in weekly meetings with project teams to discuss challenges and successes

• Partner with the businesses hiring managers to work as one team

• Take responsibility for self-development

• Headhunting and delivery of talent end to end

• Maintain accurate data to use to influence stakeholders.

• Proactively design solutions or bring new ideas to overcome challenges

• Always be conscious of mitigating risk

• Mentor more junior members through knowledge sharing and training (onboarding, structured training, lunch & learns)

• Develop an understanding of market conditions, always be learning and keeping an eye on the latest trends/markets

• Conducting thorough recruiter screens and manage interview de-briefings

• Work to deliver against project objectives

• Utilise recruitment data to influence stakeholders

• Monthly MI reporting

• Attending quarterly reviews

• Implement the advertising strategy

• Implement and support the events/meetup strategy

Skills Required:

• Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills.

• Solutions focussed

• Previous 360 Degree recruitment experience highly desirable.

• RPO or Onsite Recruitment experience highly desirable.

• Outstanding headhunting/delivery capability essential.

• Deep talent acquisition knowledge.
