The Director of Operations will help local pre-retirees who NEED our help. We are seeking a life-long team member who wants to be a part of a positive, inspiring culture and communicates that themselves every day.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $61,193.67 – $73,695.60 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• East Longmeadow, MA 01028: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

License/Certification:

• Insurance and Series 65 (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
