This is a key support position in our Automotive sector and is part of the team that manages a high-profile legacy program. This exciting role provides the opportunity for the successful candidate to engage with almost every facet of what Bond has to offer and is an excellent stepping stone for career advancement within the Automotive team.
As our Project Coordinator, you will:
Provide day-to-day support on assigned projects
Tasks may include logistics, technical support (Zoom and Salesforce knowledge is an asset), communication and email deployment, tracking, reporting, and project administration
Supporting the project execution by working closely with cross-functional teams to complete deliverables within scope, schedule, and quality
Supporting project financial management requirements, including coach PO and expense processing, coach timesheet entry, dealer billing and financial administration
Maintaining a quarterly coach dashboard through reporting and analysis of data
Manage the timely flow of information and documentation of project-related activity within the project team and to/from the client
Help develop, plan and manage project critical paths and timelines to meet delivery deadlines as needed
Ensure that project delivery meets client objectives and achieves high levels of client satisfaction with all aspects of Bond Brand Loyalty services

I have at least 1-3 years of professional experience administering a variety of projects (experience in agency is an asset)
