Job Description

We are a small accounting firm with big things in the works to grow, come grow with us! We are seeking a Bookkeeper with Construction & job costing experience to join our team! Quickbooks desktop & using Items vs Expenses experience is a must. Questionnaire to provide proof of experience will be required.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

**Previous experience in the Construction or a job cost based industry required**

• Accounts payable/Accounts Receivable: Bill.com experience preferred

• Job Costing using cost costs (CSI a plus)

• Payroll Experience: We use gusto

• Assist in resolving problems. example: getting login access for payroll taxes

• Dropbox experience (preferred/ optional)

• BuilderTrend experience (preferred/ optional)

• W9, 1099, W2 experience required

• Must have organizational skills including managing their schedule & google conference meetings

• Be reliable & work during time they dedicate and communicate

• Must have communication skills and understanding of construction terms

• Must have own home office set up with computer & reliable internet

• Able to self manage work & time management per working remote

• Available for weekly team meetings on Wednesday. Wednesdays are non-negotiable, must be available and working.

• Can commit to 4 weekdays per week, 5 hours each day during business hours? During training this will be less time.

Job Type: 18-30 hrs a week with intent for full time after training, W2 or 1099 Option.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 /hour depending on experience – intro rate will be assessed with review at 30 days.

Ideally: Personnel located in WA. Training will be in person, in the Sammamish office. Working remotely with a quarterly in person meeting in Sammamish WA
