BOMImed Inc. Hiring for Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Winnipeg, MB Full Time

BOMImed Inc., a Winnipeg based, medical device manufacturer and distributor of airway management, anesthesia, critical care, warming therapy and diagnostic devices, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team.

This is not an inside sales position.

The successful candidate will ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction, demonstrate ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide quality service to both internal and external customers
• Communicate directly with customers by telephone, email or fax
• Provide pricing and delivery information
• Process order entry
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
• Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resources
• Process return authorization requests
• Handle and resolve customer complaints
• General office duties: fax, computer, email, photocopier, phone system

Skills Required

• Bilingual French and English-speaking candidates considered an asset
• Excellent interpersonal and team player skills
• Positive language skills and ability to read customers
• Ability to cope with stressful situations and deadline driven tasks
• Strong attention to detail, time management and organizational skills
• Demonstrate initiative and ability to work independently
• Working experience with Word, Excel, Outlook/Mozilla
