Who We’re Looking For…
BombBomb is seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead our new business team, partnerships and sales operations. Your focus is squarely in driving new logos and revenue. You will serve as a mentor for our sales teams while constantly driving improvements in process, talk tracks and product demonstrations. You will oversee the day-to-day operations and lead the strategy development and rollout of various solutions to drive operational excellence and efficiency within the tools utilized by the Sales team.
You’ll work alongside senior leadership to execute the current corporate strategic plan and develop additional strategies as required. Your primary focus will be on improving the performance, strategy, and alignment of our revenue-generating departments of new business and partnerships. You’ll lead the sales team in growing our business across all customer segments. To ensure sustainable growth, you’ll continuously monitor the revenue pipeline and leads, making necessary adjustments to optimize outcomes.

Compensation:
The total compensation range for this position is $180,000 – $300,000 annually. Final compensation for this role is determined by a variety of factors, such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. The total compensation for this position is robust, including factors such as base salary, performance pay, and equity.
