In your role, you will:
Plan and execute the transition of Bombardier aviation to a new model of operational excellence

Coach and support Managers, from all levels, in the application of operational excellence through their teams/organizations

Deploy operational excellence model through all Montreal and Mexico Site within a global and collaborative framework

Define the inputs and functioning of operational excellence against the management of operations, key indicators and the integration of digital tools

Propose and deploy new ideas to maximize the efficiency of our operations

Analyze, develop and propose strategies aimed at manufacturing excellence in terms of health, safety, quality, productivity, human development and costs through the principles of “Lean Manufacturing”

Work in an environment in transition and focused on business aviation

Work within a multidisciplinary team whose mandate is the development of the continuous improvement system until its application in the factory

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate,

You have a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, operations management and / or a specialization in organizational development

You have five (5) years of experience in a related field

You have communication and interpersonal skills at all levels

You have in-depth knowledge of the philosophy and principles of Lean Manufacturing and be able to apply them, explain them and transmit them to a work team

You have good knowledge of language (French and English), you are bilingual

You have experience in manufacturing environments

You have knowledge on operations management

You have demonstrated an ease in managing priorities and overcoming setbacks

You have a high level of responsibility, like to take initiatives,

You have interest in change management

You have interest in business intelligence (creating content, training)

You have advanced skills in project management and team leadership

You have masted the tools Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Project

You have knowledge in Microsoft Power Platform tools: Power Bi, Power Automate, Power Apps (Optional
