Your New Role: We’re working with a well-known large, regional nonprofit to find a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you’ll be coordinating and providing structure for the entire hiring process. This includes posting jobs, organizing interviews, working through offers, and coordinating onboarding. You’ll partner closely with the Head of Human Resources (HR) and the broader HR team to develop a more structured recruiting strategy.
