Your New Role:

A respected distribution company is seeking an HR Talent Acquisition Partner to develop their recruitment strategy. Experience in a fast-paced environment will be helpful here! This HR team of 6 is looking for someone versatile and creative in filling open roles in this competitive market. You’ll also need to know how to promote the brand and retain top candidates. This position encourages your creativity in trying out new recruiting strategies and evaluating their impact. Strong communication skills are crucial for this team. In addition to networking with potential candidates, you’ll build partnerships with hiring managers to make sure that you‘re recruiting the talent they’re most in need of. This position reports to a tenured HR Director who’s eager to provide plenty of training and mentorship. Additionally, you’ll have one direct report who you’ll be responsible for onboarding.
