A week in the life of your new role:

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process delivering an engaging hiring experience
• Partner with leaders across the business to build talent strategies to deliver talent needs
• Develop strategic sourcing methods to attract high calibre candidates
• Provide specialist advice and coaching to hiring managers
• Take part in side-projects we have on our radar including Employer Branding initiatives, attending Career Expos and building relationships with industry partners
• Be proactive to identify continuous improvement activities on leader tool-kits, training and resources

About You

• You’re a well-seasoned Talent Acquisition partner who is passionate about creating a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers
• Experience in recruiting mid-level senior roles and engaging with senior business leaders
• Well versed in sourcing methods to include LinkedIn, Seek, ATS and referral programs
• Confident communicator and ability to influence stakeholder in recruitment process
• Navigate change and shifting priorities with ease
• Great attention to detail and organisational skills
