Full Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Close Deals and earn commissions. $$$
  • Perform SaaS-based product demonstrations and consistent customer follow-up
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales quota
  • Prioritize and target customers and prospects by the potential for revenues/profits, cost to sell and service, and the probability of success
  • Be an expert in all of BoldLeads products and services. Continually upgrade product knowledge and acquire enhanced selling skills
  • Stay aware of the competition, competitive issues, online and offline real estate related products, and services
  • Work collaboratively with other employees in sales, marketing, and customer service departments
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED and at least 2+ years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Computer skills required: Cloud-based software; Database Software; Internet Software; Word Processing Software; Electronic Mail Software; Presentation software
  • Other skills required:
  • Proven track record of sales success
  • Ability to thrive in a short sales cycle
  • Drive to make 100+ calls per day (at least 2.5 hours of talk time)
  • Brand Ambassador mentality
  • Self-starter
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Impeccable customer service skills – empathy & integrity are a must!
