Bohler Hiring for University Relations Specialist at Herndon, VA Full Time

As a University Relations Specialist, you will manage the firm’s internship program, assist with campus events, and execute full lifecycle recruitment for new college graduates, interns, and co-op students.

How you’ll contribute:

• Manage & continuously enhance the firm wide internship program
• Full lifecycle recruiting for recent college graduates, interns, and co-op students
• Collaborate with leadership to prepare, negotiate, and extend offer packages to candidates
• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates for future consideration
• Attend campus events as needed (seasonal based on the campus calendar – up to 25%)
• Other additional duties as assigned

What we are looking for:

• 1+ years of experience in the full lifecycle talent acquisition process
• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Business, or related discipline
• Ability to balance a large number of open positions, across multiple offices and disciplines, in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle confidential documents and information with discretion
• Self-starter with strong multi-tasking and follow-up skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent spelling, grammar, and proof-reading skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote)
