Our team is growing, and we are looking for a Talent Acquisition professional, one who embodies this sense of purpose. A Talent Acquisition Specialist at Bohler is all about relationships. You will have access to industry leaders and will influence how our company grows. As part of our Attraction team, you will scout and attract top talent, act as an ambassador of The Bohler Way, and deliver an unrivaled experience to our candidates.
What You’ll Do:
- Become an integral part of the team in:
- Helping strategize, drive, and execute the full candidate lifecycle (sourcing, writing and posting job ads, conducting phone interviews, scheduling interviews/travel, etc.) in support of our Operational Services Team. Our OST departments include HR, Legal, IT, Finance/Accounting, and Marketing and are the backbone to our professional services teams so they may deliver amazing service and site plans to our clients.
- Developing and nurturing candidate pipeline flow using proactive and innovative sourcing techniques (internet research, networking events, employee referral program, to name a few)
- Collaborating with our Talent Acquisition leadership and hiring managers to prepare, negotiate, and extend offer packages to candidates
- Keeping yourself up to date with the latest industry employment trends, talent landscape, and competitor data
- Helping build the Bohler of today and the future!

What You’ll Need:
- Desire to be part of a close-knit team
- 5+ years of experience in the full lifecycle talent acquisition process in a corporate recruiting and/or executive search firm environment
- Prior experience recruiting within a highly-competitive environment
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience balancing multiple open positions, across multiple offices and disciplines, in a fast-paced environment
- Experience crafting creative outreach to a diverse talent market
- Discipline and an innovative mindset
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential documents and information with discretion
- Proficiency in social media navigation and Microsoft products
