- UK and International recruitment experience
- Experience in a start-up through funding rounds post-Series A is a plus

We are supporting an exciting client in the fin-tech space, in the recruitment 0f a Talent Acquisition Manager. This is an exciting time to join and you will be part of the first in-house recruitment hires, responsible for the end-to-end hiring.
Stakeholder management and relationship building is the key to this, you will work closely with the people and leadership teams to ensure headcount is
effectively scaled across the business, whilst positively sharing the organisation values and ensuring they attract industry-leading people.
The working environment is fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous, it is
important you are able to adapt your working style, work on multiple projects and just get stuck in!
Typically, you will be attracting the best talent across Engineering, Marketing, Operations and Customer Service.
