Are you an HR Business Partner who loves to work with start-ups?

If the answer is yes – brilliant, we are hiring for a new role which will give you the chance to work with many start-ups all at one time! You will partner with a disparate, highly focused, passionate group of leaders.

This is the opportunity to join a fast-paced B2B organisation who is looking to hire an HR interim initially, part or full-time to start as soon as you can.

You will bring to the role:

• Strong HR generalist experience developed within a sales environment
• Solid background in ER – discipline, grievance, performance, change and organisation design
• Passionate around the growth and development of individuals
• An understanding of how to encourage, embrace and embed a DE&I strategy to ensure a fair and inclusive culture.
• You will partner with the leadership team ensuring delivery against the business plans set for 23/24
