The Opportunity

We are seeking talented Frontend Software Programmer/Analysts from any level – Graduate/Junior up to and including Senior level. The role will support a support Currawong – a world class Integrated Battlefield Telecommunications Network. A frontend programmer for Currawong includes but is not limited to, creation of monitoring and control interface for live radios, satellite communications equipment and Troposcatter communications equipment. The role is based in Brisbane.

Responsibilities:

• Development of frontend software in React and Joint.js among others
• Gathering and analysis of information to support software design

Experience/Qualifications

• A certification in a discipline demonstrating exposure to programming
• Experience developing one or more frontend web apps in Javascript and CSS
• Experience or willingness to learn React, Joint, Knockout
• A passion for programming
• Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet defence security requirements.
