Boeing Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) has an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Strategy and Insight Senior Manager with a focus on our Talent Acquisition solutions.
As a key leader of the GTA team, you will strategically influence our talent acquisition landscape and ecosystem as you support the further development of our long-term tools and capability roadmap. The role will be instrumental in driving a clear understanding of industry best practices, leading a team engaging across the entire global enterprise, and implementing a long-term strategy for the processes and practices, tools and methodologies that will connect Boeing with the world’s best talent.
You’ll play a critical role in the future of aerospace in areas that will cover the broad spectrum of talent acquisition tools, technology, methodologies and insights.
The hiring team is flexible with location and is open to the individual being located at any of our US sites. Position Responsibilities:
Engage across multiple stakeholders in crafting and communicating a lasting talent acquisition strategy that reflects the needs of all users across every Boeing entity and hiring population
Support the design of a global, integrated roadmap for talent acquisition strategies including vendor analysis, tool utilization, and any country or business critical requirements
Integrate the Center of Excellence strategies, requirements and initiatives across partner groups and broader HR organizational projects
Lead talent acquisition insight supported by benchmarking, standard methodologies, data analysis, performance insights and voice of the user in attracting and hiring the world’s best talent
Identify and prioritize efficiencies and modernization activities, focusing on how we can deliver the best hiring experience within Workday, across our ecosystem, and supported with insight and data
Drive meaningful relationships, partnerships and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, peers, vendors, suppliers and executive leaders
Identify ongoing and evolving business requirements, assess change impact, and prioritize business change requests
Mentor, coach and unleash employee performance
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including exposure to identifying and implementing TA technology solutions
5+ years of experience implementing process changes that drive TA efficiency and productivity
3+ years of experience in vendor management
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Human Resources Business Partner experience
Experience working with OFCCP and EEOC compliance guidelines
Experience solving complex problems and driving significant value into the organization
3+ years of experience contributing to new TA technology strategy and implementing solutions across different organizations/divisions
3+ years of experience managing direct s
5+ years of experience in leading change management and process improvement activities at a business unit or enterprise level
5+ years of experience developing and deploying organizational strategies
5+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding
