Position Responsibilities:
Deploys and monitors C-Suite succession planning tools, and processes
Develops monthly metrics for ExCo succession that identifies trends, health factors and drive action
Determines individual and organizational needs, offers resource options and coordinates implementation to meet development and business objectives and enhance leadership capability
Delivers visual content for Senior Leadership Teams on Talent topics
Partners with the human resource function to deploy leadership development tools and processes at the business unit level
This position has been identified as a virtual opportunity and does not require applicants to live in Seattle, WA.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Experience developing and executing talent management strategies
3+ years of experience in Human Resources
3+ years of experience in a role that required Project Management skills
5+ years of experience building positive relationships with Sr. Leader business partners, human resources and internal recruiting/staffing teams and candidates
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
1+ years of experience in Talent / Succession processes
Collaboration across organizational boundaries to deliver an integrated final product
Excellent verbal, written and presentations skills- demonstrating a high-impact communication style
Strong detail orientation and multitasking skills
Proficient utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite
Typical Education & Experience:
Typically 10 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Summary pay range: $77,490 – $143,910
