The selected candidate will apply a talent acquisition lens to address the current and future implications of the competition for talent and develop leading global enterprise strategies for implementation. The work will be highly project based and will require flexibility, curiosity, collaboration, and ability to influence outcomes with data.
The successful candidate will have a strong solutions orientation, be a self-starter, and have the ability to translate strategy into persuasive language, visualization, and outcomes that help enhance the talent acquisition practices for the future.
This position has been identified as a virtual opportunity and does not require applicants to live in Dallas, TX.
Position Responsibilities:
Partner with business, talent acquisition professionals, and HR counterparts to proactively identify and understand current state challenges and opportunities for change
Interpret current state dynamics to help surface enterprise risk and the global implications
Using deep talent acquisition experience to refine and recommend solutions that will lead the market in capabilities to attract and engage a diverse workforce
Collaborate with other members of the Global Talent Solutions, Global Talent Acquisition & other teams to generate cross functional insights and generate divergent innovative and cost-effective solutions
Lead / host design cross-functional talent acquisitions workshops to re-frame problems, co-create solutions, and ensure the voice of our partners is inherent
Represent findings to senior leadership in compelling ways and articulate implications in easy to understand (accessible) mediums for all stakeholders
Monitor, assess, and mentor implementation teams to help achieve desired outcomes and keep clear lines of communication for feedback and advice in augmentation or further iteration of strategies
Embrace diverse perspectives, solicit feedback and focus on the art of the possible to continually drive the organization forward; modeling the values of Boeing which include driving diversity & inclusion into interactions and solutions

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
10+ years of experience in talent acquisition leadership role
Experience solving complex problems by working with cross-functional teams
Experience presenting and facilitating to senior business leaders
Experience using talent acquisition data to identify trends, and report progress of current state
Advanced capabilities in using Excel, Powerpoint, and industry research for building executive summaries
Experience working in a cross functional environment
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Background that exhibits the ability to conduct sense making of multifaceted challenges through the use of data
Experience using Project Management skills
Experience creating and developing strategy plans
Typical Education & Experience:
Typically 15 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
