Introduction:
Phantom Works UK is a world-leading team specialising in sophisticated development of military capabilities, modelling and simulation, autonomy and sustainability. Within our Systems Analysis Laboratory, we are seeking a number of Software Engineers across a range of fields to join us and help turn next generation ideas into reality.
The UK Systems Analysis Laboratory is our focal point for Autonomy, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning/Computer Vision, Digital Modelling and Capability Development for The Boeing Company. Our organisation has recently built a hub for Sustainable Aviation and Future Mobility which champions the introduction of environmentally and socially conscious capability to Civilian and Defence Aviation.
As our portfolio continues to grow and develop, we need the most promising minds to help us move fast and creatively solve the challenges of the future. We are looking for people with a broad range of experience who demonstrate inventive thinking, an eagerness to look for innovative solutions, and who enjoy collaboratively solving those “unsolvable” problems.

Security Clearance: This position requires the ability to obtain a UK security clearance for which UK residency is required.
Work schedule: Full time (37.5 hours, Monday to Friday). Hybrid working (remote/office) is supported with weekly face-to-face interaction expected.
Relocation: This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must be able to commute or relocate at their own expense.
