As a Senior Human Resources Generalist supporting Engineering Workforce Strategy you will be a key member of the Engineering Strategy and Operations organization. This position will be responsible for partnering across HR organizations, and with Engineering leaders, to develop, implement and lead innovative staffing strategies across ET&T, which can include, but is not limited to, the areas of University Recruiting, External Technical Affiliations (ETA), Engineering Accelerated Hiring Initiative (EAHI), and Equity, Diversity and Inclusion. This role will also help to envision and execute staffing strategies to support critical business imperatives across ET&T, evolving to support the speed of the business.
The ideal candidate will have strategic thinking, strong written and oral communication skills, collaboration, independent judgment and the ability to influence others.
Position Responsibilities:
Partner across HR and the ET&T business to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives
Develop solutions to complex problems that require ingenuity, innovation and are consistent with organization objectives
Develop integrated HR initiatives and solutions to advance organizational objectives; effectively partners across HR organizations to deliver high quality, seamlessly integrated operational HR support for the business, the employees and managers.
The effective candidate will demonstrate leadership skills and a passion for creating trustworthy relationships. They will also have experience developing solutions to complex problems that require ingenuity and innovation ensuring alignment to organization objectives and consistently approaches assignments with flexibility, creativity and a positive attitude.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience partnering with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives
5+ years of developing, communicating and implementing HR people strategies in partnership with senior leaders
5+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders, working across functions/organizations to deliver an integrated final product
5+ years of experience in a role that required Project Management skills
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Human Resources certification
Experience working in talent acquisition, talent management and/or workforce strategy development
Excellent verbal written and presentation skills, high-impact communication style
Typical Education & Experience:
Typically 10 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
