This position allows telecommuting (subject to change). The selected candidate will be required to perform work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Position Responsibilities:
Develop the long-range Skill needs in accordance to BCA Programs requirements
Define and enable the global talent acquisition strategies
Coordinate skill activities across the core team, BCA design centers, airplane programs, the Enterprise and global sites
Be responsible for execution of plans and presenting with leadership
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Mathematics, or Engineering
2+ years’ experience leading an engineering team
3+ years’ experience working in design or analysis engineering
2+ years of experience coordinating with multiple teams or organizing large program, project or technical meetings
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 15% of the time
2+ years’ experience in skill planning, talent acquisition, talent development and retention
2+ years’ experience in workforce management
3+ years design or stress experience related to Commercial Aircraft Primary Structures
1+ years management experience related to Commercial Aircraft Primary Structures
1+ experience leading, developing, and motivating employees
