Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a highly motivated Mid-Level Business Operations Specialist (Level 3) to join the Business Operations Functional Excellence Talent and Development Team.

The selected candidate will be part of a team responsible for the definition and execution of the strategies, standards, tools, and processes for how BCA Business Operations attracts, recruits, on-boards, deploys, and develops our workforce.

Position Responsibilities:
Leads and/or supports all phases of projects in support of the Business Operations organization.
Supports the tracking, ing, and in-depth analysis of lessons learned.
Supports the collection and organization of critical data to drive effective and informed decision making.
Collaborates with internal and external business partners to align priorities, execute strategies and commitments.
Provides frequent, clear, and concise communication to leadership within and external to the Business Operations organization.
Coordinates data and incorporates plans and commitments with internal and external organizations.
Assisting in the planning and execution of BCA Business Operations Onboarding Events
Engagement in the planning and execution hosting annual summer interns
Support of recruiting events
Communications plan
Engagement with the Business Operations Communities of Excellence
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership
Experience in advising and influencing managers or non-managers to meet schedules or resolve technical or operational problems
3+ years of experience working across multiple business units and interfacing with key stakeholders
3+ years of experience managing projects and utilizing standard project management tools
Experience in facilitating meetings and presenting to senior leaders
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience in a role, leading teams or projects to successful completion
3+ years of experience with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
Experience working in Business Operations
Experience integrating and executing strategic projects, plans, and initiatives to meet business goals
Experience working in a dynamic work environment, to include managing through ambiguity and multiple priorities
3+ years’ experience in recruiting a plus
3+ years’ experience in employee development andor career coaching
Experience in corporate training and/or onboarding
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years’ related work experience, 10 years’ related work experience, etc.).
Relocation:
