The position will work closely with other key groups in the Human Resources organization to ensure the team is integrated and aligned with business unit/program objectives. The focus will be on delivering high quality, seamlessly integrated operational HR support for the business, the employees and managers. The person will be responsible for not only delivering HR products and services but also interfacing with employees and managers to improve the employee experience.
Position Responsibilities:
Provide HR presence where our employees work to enable real time engagement and solutions (as needed)
Resolve or refer Worklife support requests for employee issues
Support management delivery of employee corrective action and attendance
Contribute to the development of a culture of equity, diversity and inclusion where employee experience is at the center of HR service delivery
Utilize HR metrics and people data to drive solutions
Support the continuing transformation of HR
Administer Human Resources programs, systems and processes
This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1+ years of experience in recruiting talent and/or related work experience in Human Resources and/or customer service experience
1+ years of experience in developing and/or contributing to processes, policies, and procedures
1+ years of experience coaching leaders and employees on sensitive and challenging topics that could be uncomfortable
1+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions
1+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagement
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Human Resources certification
1+ years of experience in Human Resources or Employee Relations
Experience working on a cross-functional team
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, high-impact communication style
Experience with data analytics and/or HR systems
Typical Education & Experience:
Typically 3 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
Relocation:

Summary pay range: $45,360 – $84,240
