We have a fulltime opportunity for a Strategy and Integration Partner to join Boeing Defence Australia.

This critical role will execute on projects, compliance, business improvement activities and data analytics. The incumbent will work in close partnership with the HR Leader and team to ensure the successful delivery of the HR function.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate HR projects, partner with project stakeholders and in some cases manage projects from start to finish
• Act as the link between HR and various working groups e.g. Veterans group
• Coordinate monthly data analytics to ensure HR related statistics are maintained
• Responsible for HR related business reports and updates
• Manage continuous improvement activities for HR and ensure that appropriate systems are up to date
• Manage HR compliance activities within the appropriate risk and compliance tools
• Support the creation of data packs for monthly People Councils
• Support auditing activities when required
• Maintain good relationships with internal functions and stakeholders
• Facilitate HR team meetings and other team related activities
• Work in close partnership with the Global mobility specialist team to support talent mobility across Australia.
• Support BDA preparation and transition to Workday when implementation project commence.

To be successful in this role you will need to have:

• Proven experience working in a dynamic Global Company within a matrix organisation.
• Extensive experience managing and executing projects
• Proven ability to engage and collaborate with internal / external stakeholders globally
• Demonstrated experience in effective verbal and written communication
• Experience in data analytics and reporting
• Strong ability to create business reports

Desirable experience would also include:

• Working in a dispersed team
• Experience with Aurion is desirable, and further experience in Workday and PeopleSoft will be beneficial.
