Boeing Research & Technology is seeking an Entry Level Manufacturing Research and Development Engineer to support the St. Louis area at our Berkeley, Missouri location.

Learn from experienced mentors to support design & fabrication of composite and metal parts on aircraft. Write process specifications and coordinate with technicians and senior engineers throughout. Analyze production processes to sort through complex signals and diagnose the root cause of problems, and then be the one to develop and implement the solution.
Position Responsibilities:
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Typical Education & Experience:
Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry. ABET is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

Summary pay range: $64,600 – $87,400
