As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will:

• Lead and inspire the team of TA Partners, ensuring they’re motivated and engaged to deliver resourcing goals
• Set, and execute with the team, the Talent Acquisition strategy in line with the broader Boden business strategy
• Continuously seek to evaluate and improve the Boden recruitment process to ensure it is fair, efficient and effective
• Find ways to promote Boden to potential candidates by ensuring all external communication and contact is in line with our brand and values. (LinkedIn, Job Boards, Boden.jobs)
• Be proactive in sourcing talented people internally and externally using different methods.
• Develop credible relationships with all stakeholders, including candidates, agencies, and hiring managers.
• Coach and develop hiring managers on recruitment best practice

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to have:

• Defined a recruitment strategy to deliver business objectives while in an in-house recruitment role, preferably in a retail/ consumer goods environment
• Experience of leading a recruitment team, measuring performance and providing coaching and development opportunities
• A passion for recruiting senior talent using direct sourcing methods
• Worked with hiring teams to upskill and coach them in all areas of talent attraction and recruitment
• Strong ATS experience, preferably Workday

• A passion for coaching and leading a team, with an inspirational and open communication style
• To be skilled at project planning and delivery
• To take a commercial approach to managing a recruitment budget, and be able to analyse and track spend effectively
• A warm and approachable style, you’ll enjoy working with the team to deliver exciting projects and having some fun along the way
