Bodega Ridge Hiring for Housekeeper/Cleaner Full Time

Job Summary: The Housekeeper is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the resort’s guest rooms, public areas, and other facilities. The ideal candidate should have experience in housekeeping and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking supplies and disposing of trash
• Ensure that all guest rooms and common areas meet the resort’s standards for cleanliness and appearance
• any maintenance issues to the appropriate department
• Follow all safety and security procedures
• Provide excellent customer service to guests, including responding to guest requests and inquiries
• Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in a housekeeping role
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks, such as bending and standing for extended periods
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
