Bocar US Hiring for Logistics Supervisor at Tanner, AL, US Full Time

POSITION SUMMARY : Bocar US, has an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Supervisor. The Logistics Supervisor will be responsible for the day to day Operations with a focus on safety, quality, efficiency, and inventory control.

The ideal candidate will maintain a high level of accuracy with the day to day operations. Lead and develop the Logistics Team with superb customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES : Supervise, motivate and train the logistic team members. Lead and coach the logistics team to accomplish the hourly and daily goals.

Develop standardize work instructions for the logistics processes. Supervise, coordinate and oversee the day to day logistics operations.

Plan and review department processes with the Logistics Manager to ensure they meet company standards and customer service specifications.

Responsible for securing, receiving and the storage of incoming material. Responsible for updating shipping orders in SAP and ensuring data accuracy.

Responsible for entering freight data into SAP and ensuring data accuracy. Respond to customer inquiries and anticipate upcoming customer needs.

Interact with customers and answer routine and non-routine inquiries. Receive, locate, and transfer materials accurately and in a timely manner.

Identify damage and shortage materials. Performs other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS : Must have 3 years of directly related Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.

Preference may be given to candidates with automotive / supplier experience. Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills.

Must have related work experience with SAP. Must have excellent Microsoft word and excel skills. Must be detail oriented with the ability to manage a variety of priorities.
