The objective of this position is to review timesheets and the scheduling data for the purposes of establishing proper coding, processing, and expense report reimbursements. In order to ensure accurate invoicing, the Billing Coordinator will review timesheets and scheduling to insure appropriate billing codes have been utilized. Once billing codes are established, the Billing Coordinator will process the Timesheet in the ERP system.

This position is also responsible for processing the reimbursement of expenses for Field Service Technicians. The Billing Coordinator will reconcile the submitted expense reports with original receipts and address any discrepancies needed. The Billing Coordinator reviews all invoices prior to mailing to maintain accuracy.
