As a Cost Analyst, you will ensure that accurate costs are maintained for the use in inventory valuation for products manufactured at our Litchfield, Minnesota production facility. You will provide financial analysis relative to productivity improvements, factory spending, manufacturing variances, standard costs, and inventory management. You will also assist in the planning and coordinating for the physical inventory and planning and creation of the yearly standards update process.

The qualified candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance; or Business with an Accounting or Finance minor.
• 2+ years’ experience preferred in financial or cost accounting.
• Knowledge of financial accounting, cycle counting, physical inventory and cost accounting.
• Oracle experience is a plus.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience with standard costing method preferred.
• Microsoft Office Suite competency, including strong Excel skills.
• Excellent cross-functional teamwork skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
