The role

Bob W is offering a 3-month long M&A Analyst Intern Program for Bachelor / Masters students or recent graduates.

We are looking for someone with professional drive, real passion for Corporate Finance and the eagerness to work for a high-growth start-up at the intersection between technology, real estate and hospitality. Our candidate should demonstrate strong academic background, a high degree of self-initiative and the ability to work independently in a high-paced environment.

As a valuable team member, your responsibilities will include:

• Preparation of company and industry research.
• Preparation of peer group outlines and valuation analyses.
• Preparation of marketing and pitch presentations.
• Deal sourcing.
• Support of M&A project teams in execution of live-projects.
• Assessment of business opportunities and strategic options.
• Sourcing and evaluation of acquisition financing options.
• Supporting founders in capital raising.

Your skill set:

• You either hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration or economics with outstanding academic results, or you are in the final term of your studies.
• You have strong analytical capabilities, strong skills in valuation methodologies, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.
• You are team-oriented, motivated, committed, proactive and capable of working independently.
• You are fluent in English and highly proficient in MS Office.
• Previous experience in investment banking, private equity or management consulting is a strong plus.
