Job Responsibilities

• Processing sales deal files
• Answering telephones
• Maintaining and updating customer mailing lists
• Processing new and used boat and trailer registrations
• Preparing various correspondence (mail, FedEx, emails, etc.)
• Assisting in the preparation and organization of promotional materials and events
• Supporting the team with the management of our social media and website
• Monitoring continuing education programs and coordinating marine education seminars and town hall meetings with team members
• Compiling and ordering supplies from vendors
• Collating and distributing mail
• Maintaining filing system
• Additional duties as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
