Position Summary

Works within the Financial operations team to support on management fees and client billing, in line with Pershing monthly time table.

Role requires excellent attention to detail to ensure all information provided to clients and the business is accurate.

Working with large volumes of data, manipulating reports to ensure correct data is provided to the business and clients.

Support on the month end tasks, including processing of accounting entries, reconciliations and monitoring of controls.

Working with other finance functions to provide meaningful analysis.

The role will ensure that all key process documents are maintained and reviewed regularly, this will help with cross training in them.

Provides advanced support for the completion of accounting activities for multiple legal entities, lines of business, countries, regions or accounting processes. Supports complex research and analyses related to financial performance and critical financial accounting issues.

Primary Responsibilities

• Will work as part of a team ensure deadlines are met for assigned tasks within invoicing, management fee and commissions schedule
• Will process billing, management fees data within agreed time scales
• Will provide all supporting documentation to clients in line with their requirements

Required Skills

• Strong attention to detail
• Understand the importance of controls within the team
• Ability to build good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience of data manipulation using Excel
• Good written and verbal communication skills
