Primary Functions:
To excel as Talent Acquisition Manager, we expect you to be experienced in full-cycle recruiting and employment branding. You should have a sharp eye for talented people and a steady commitment to help them find success in our company. You will be expected to have an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
Position Responsibilities:
1. Engage with clients using a collaborative and consultative approach that builds personal and functional credibility while establishing trust at all levels of the organization to create win/win solutions
2. Partner with client group to drive comprehensive Talent Acquisition strategies, including determining current staffing needs and producing forecasts, developing policies and practices in the areas of the labor market, hiring trends, social media, talent management, compensation, diversity, training and workforce planning
3. Work with Leadership team to drive diversity initiatives to ensure a diverse candidate slate for all open roles
4. Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
5. Identify training needs for business units and individual coaching needs
6. Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts
7. Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
8. Lead employment branding initiatives
9. Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
10. Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
11. Take steps to ensure a positive candidate experience
12. Assist in employee retention and development
13. Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events
14. Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
15. Assure compliance with all Federal, State, and local employment and labor laws
16. 10% travel required
Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
Broad knowledge of such fields as accounting, marketing, business administration, finance, etc. Equivalent to a four year college degree, plus 5 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
