The role

• The Early Talent and Diversity & Inclusion Business Partner works in conjunction with the Senior Manager, Learning, Development and Talent to implement our Early Talent and D&I strategy.
• Working closely with senior managers and the UK HR team, to manage the graduate and apprenticeship programmes.

• Working in conjunction with other relevant colleagues on the company’s D&I agenda (e.g. in Marketing, Communications, ESG) this role will also involve active networking within our wider Group of businesses and industry partnerships.

Key deliverables

Early Talent

• Responsible for the attraction strategies for all Early Talent Recruitment including Graduates, Placements, and Interns across the business.
• Responsible for producing and managing Early Talent budget
• Arranging, facilitating, and attending campus and on-site events to promote BNP Paribas Real Estate and our Early Talent vacancies
• Full 360 Graduate recruitment responsibilities from job spec, role sign off, advertisement, vacancy management, HR interviews, offer paperwork & study agreements.
• Management of onboarding & Induction for all Early Talent new joiners.
• Responsible for enrolment to relevant professional bodies (RICS, RTPI)
• Apprenticeship levy and training provider identification and onboarding,
• Early Talent Website management
• Company representative for various inter-industry groups, forums, and initiatives (CTFOP, Property Forum)
• Management of external stakeholder relationships support with our Early Talent attraction and recruitment (SEO London)
• Management and ongoing improvement of all Early Talent training & development programmes including training provider management, internal training schedules, mock interviews, etc.
• Arranging 3-monthly feedback for all those going down technical qualifications.
• Responsible for internal stakeholders moving onto the qualification process (AssocRICS, Professional Route)
• Ongoing Counsellor & Supervisor identification and training with the RICS
• Key contact with professional bodies (RICS, RTPI) sharing relevant information with Early Talent population as required.
• HR contact for work experience queries and management of process
• HR Representative for the internal Early Careers Forum, to action any outcomes as required.
• Management of Graduate/Apprenticeship Rotations on training programme.
• Ongoing catch up calls with all Early Talent population.
• Management of Events and Connection points for the Early Talent population
• Management of qualification letters and internal promotion of recent qualifiers.
• Arrangement of Qualifiers Dinners and “What Next” seminars

Diversity & Inclusion

• Responsible for implementing the D&I strategy
• Responsible for producing and managing D&I budget
• From community relations to people development and recruitment to retention, you’ll strive to embed our Diversity and Inclusion initiatives in day-to-day operations
• Working collaboratively with key stakeholders in the development of the employer brand of BNP Paribas Real Estate
• Responsible for providing monitoring data regarding our Four Building Belonging Promises on D&I, including the measurement of our overall progress:

  Building Belonging through Learning & Development;

• Management of graduate & apprenticeship interim salary uplifts and qualification salaries, ensuring all are in the relevant budgets.

Person specification

Essential qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent
• CIPD qualification

Essential experience

• Demonstrable record of implementing an Early Talent strategy, in line with business requirements
• Experience in the arena of Diversity & Inclusion initiatives
• Professional services industry and/or multi-site background, an advantage
• Demonstrable record of building credible relationships at all levels
• Experience of graduate and apprenticeship programmes
• Excellent presentation ability
• PC literate, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and HR databases
