Candidate Skills and Attributes to Make the Role a Success

• Experienced Social Media Marketer with 3+ years’ experience who has worked in an agency or providing solutions to multiple clients.
• A strong interest in technology and innovation
• Proven success in digital ad campaigns
• Experience with Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with team members and clients.
• A team player with a proactive and go-getter attitude
• Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
• Tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related field
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload to hit deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail with a passion for delivering high-quality creative outcomes

Role and Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Develop engaging content and implement organic social media strategies across all clients and multiple platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest etc.
• Curate high-quality, engaging content that resonates with the target audiences and drives engagement.
• Manage and lead social community management, including overseeing the management of online communities, managing crisis responses, and fostering a strong sense of community.
• Monitor social channels daily and on performance metrics.
• Stay updated with social media trends and best practices and apply them to enhance the social media presence and performance.
• Identify and develop partnerships and collaboration opportunities.
• Develop email marketing campaigns to support lead generation.
• Design, execute, test, and review digital ad campaigns.
• Track and ad campaign return on investment.
• Estimate costs, determine budgets and manage ad spend to achieve return on investment targets.
• Analysing website conversions and competitor performance data.
• Conduct research to discover keywords.
• Optimise ads and web pages for keywords.
• Designing and implementing multivariate tests to determine optimal ad content and bidding strategy.
